community site friendly and safe. If someone breaks the guidelines,

- Stay safe. Don't upload anything that indicates
any personal information, such as email address, home address,
instant messaging ID, personal home page, including social pages
like Facebook or MySpace or ask anyone else to
- Keep it legal. Don't threaten the safety or
privacy of anyone else. Photos uploaded to the backexperts.co.uk
site must not include nude photos, photos of children (under 18) or
other images displaying illegal activity or material that an
individual might find offensive, indecent and/or objectionable. We
will determine, in our sole discretion, whether user generated site
content is acceptable. Our decision is final even if an individual
user disagrees with our judgment. We reserve the right (but assume
no obligation) to edit or delete user content that we consider
unacceptable or inappropriate, or for any other reasons, which we
need not disclose, at our discretion and convenience. When removing
images that are contained on the site we may remove only the images
to which we object, all the images in a folder, or all the images
in the User's portfolio, at our convenience and discretion.
- Spam. Don't advertise products, services or
research or upload the same thing in more than one forum
area.
- Respect the rights of others. Don't infringe
any copyright or trade mark.
- Problems with ThermaCare® HeatWraps. If
you experienced a problem with ThermaCare® HeatWraps please report
it in the Contact
Us section. To comply with UK regulations we may need to
contact you for more information on your experience.
Anyone who breaks the guidelines may find their post edited or
deleted. If this happens more than once, they may be banned. We may
also contact you directly by e-mail if we are concerned about your
postings.
