Q. Who will I find on the website?
A. www.backexperts.co.uk
is a website for consumers to share their experiences of, and
opinions about back pain. It is supported by the ThermaCare® brand
team at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare to help people manage and avoid
back pain, and discover the benefits of ThermaCare HeatWraps for
Back Pain and have them share their experiences with others.
To the best of our knowledge everyone who registers with www.backexperts.co.uk are genuine
consumers. All community members forum(s) pages, opinions and
discussions are completely authentic and unedited (except for
content which is deemed to be offensive, abusive or otherwise
inappropriate.) Pfizer Consumer Healthcare reserves the right in
its absolute discretion to edit, amend or remove such content

A. If you complete the online survey and qualify for the free pack

scorecard surveys or polls?
A. We will use the information for market research purposes to
create statistics and insight about back pain and back pain
suffering in the UK. We will collate and publish results from
surveys and polls and use this information to create news and
content around the subject of back pain & avoiding back
pain. We may also publish testimonials submitted during the
scorecard entry process.
Your answers given in the scorecard website questions will be
displayed on the website as part of the aggregated community
scores and your individual scores will be visible by your friends
and followers on backexperts.co.uk. Please be reassured that any
content published will only be associated with your
